We developed a questionnaire for computer users from multiple cultures. This paper reports our attempt to validate this instrument. Methods peculiar to multicultural data collection are discussed and revisions of the instrument are explained. Implications for the development of instruments for multicultural samples are reviewed. Lessons learned focus on graphics, an even-numbered response scale, the amount of text, and the working of questions.Original publication:
