How can cultural influences be taken into account in the interaction of “designer-product-user”? To answer this question we developed a reinterpretation of cultural variables applied to Design. Our approach reveals the necessity to spread this analysis over different levels. So, we have proposed a procedure, which provides two representations of the problem: one for the object of interest, and the other for the level of observation.Original publication:
