Information Technology products and services evolve rapidly. Public and private organizations must react to accommodate their user needs. Governments must modify their policies, companies their strategies and development methodologies. This paper discusses the invisible forces behind the quest for reaching global audiences. The authors focus on universal usability and globalization issues from three different perspectives: business, legal and ethics.
