Customers globally expect products and services to offer experiences that fulfill both their hedonic and pragmatic needs suitable in their cultural context. This paper presents the results of a cross-cultural user experience (UX) evaluation using a remote online sentence completion method. The aim was to improve the UX evaluation toolset for cross-cultural design. A vast amount of qualitative data disclosed from 9 countries in a short time enabled to form meaningful results for design purposes and to get a good overall view of product UX.Original publication:
